VERMENTINO
DI SARDEGNA DOC
A
white greenish yellow wine, very limpid. It’s fruity with
sensation of golden apple, flowery of white flowers at nose.
At flavour it’s dry, fresh, quite soft, lightly warm,
light of body, tasty, quite intense and quite persistent,
fine, balanced.
It
shows 11,5°vol alcohol.
CANNONAU
DI SARDEGNA DOC
A red ruby wine, limpid, quite flowing. It is intense and
quite persistent, lightly spicy, fruity with sensation of
mature fruits and flowery of red flowers. As for the flavour
it’s dry, medium warm, quite tannic, tasty, quite soft,
good of body. Quite balanced. It shows 12,5°vol alcohol.
CANNONAU
DI SARDEGNA DOC RISERVA
A ruby red wine, limpid and quite thick. It’s intense and
quite persistent, lightly ethereal, spicy, fruity with
sensation of dried fruits and fruit preserve at the
olfactory analysis. At the flavour it’s dry, warm, tasty,
quite tannic, full of body, quite balanced. It
shows 13,5°vol alcohol.
